How does it work?
Step 1: Sign-up
Click on the check availability button to see if your location is serviceable. If you are currently serviceable you will be able to setup your account and choose your installation date (steps 2 & 3). If we haven’t quite made it to your location, you will be put on our notification list!
Step 2: Account Setup
Once your location is ready for installation, you will receive an e-mail notifying you to setup your Upstate Fiber Networks account and choose your installation date!
Step 3: Installation
A drop will be ran to your home prior to a tech coming onsite. After the drop has been installed, a technician will show up on the date and time you choose when setting up your account. The installation process usually takes around 1 hour.
Step 4: Enjoy
Enjoy your high-speed fiber internet!
